Introducing T-SPARK: Transit Service Performance Analysis & Redesign Kit

During OTE 2025, I had the privilege of introducing T-SPARK to the transit community of Ontario and fellow transportation planners, alongside our team from the University of Toronto. In addition to presenting the tool, I demonstrated several results from its application in the City of Mississauga, where it was used to support planning for the implementation of on-demand transit services.
